ReplyDeleteI like your Blog where you have explained AIX booting process. I have some queries on ROS as you stated in ur blog that ROS detect the first boot device... i didn't understand is that 1st or last boot device. if it last so i can imagine that yes firmware detects last bootable device and another query is on boot phase two after unmounting /var ... the primary paging space is activated i.e hd6... very confusing can you clear it to me how... it will be very greatfull to you if you can clear my queries.
please publish AIX OS migration step by step
